Helping Japanese School Festival- Service

Aim: To help Japanese school festival.
Site: Japanese school (Saint-Quentin-en-Yveline)
Supervisor: Mr. Nagasawa (principal of Japanese school)

In September18. We (Japanese students in G11) went to japanese school for helping the cafe during the festival. We created our own original poster to advertise the cafe and also we prepared the drink and food before the festival in school. I deliveried the newspaper to parents or guests who visited the festival. Through this experience, I learned how to serve a customers and how hard it is. Also it was really difficult to settle the accounts.

Reflection: this was the first time of my service activity in my life. It was difficult to organize the time to work for preparing the poster to advertise the place where we sell japanese food. Also, walked around in school to sell the news papar for japanese student's parents.

Through this activity I ve got the skill of how to advertise our booth and the technique to sell the products (as a businessman). Also, all this was a new challenge, and I now know more about my self. I had to be a communicator and I worked with others to make it a good day.

(Service: Total 10 hours)
