I helped to prepare the chair and lead the guest who came to watch the 'Iaidou demonstration'
it was pretty hard work to set up all chairs and lead french people inside of the hall (I needed to use my french skill to explain). I've spent about 5 hours for this service activity.
Fortunately, i could make my new English friend at the 'Iaido demonstration' he was the youngest boy who performed the 'Iaido demonstration'
Reflection: I could know one of the Japanese traditonal martial art demonstration which I have never seen it even in Japan. It was very precious moment to have the experience that I could learn more about my own culture. And Im so surprised at knowing many Europeen people admire Japanese martial arts. Im really proud of country's traditon and culture through this activity.
It increased my awareness of my own culture and made me more knowledgeable and open minded. I did not plan this event, but I volunteered for the helping.
